Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Rensselaer , Indiana so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

We see patients on a "pre-reserved" basis. Whenever possible, please provide a minimum of 48-hours advance notice when requesting a scheduling change and to confirm your reserved appointment.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Hillcrest Family Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Accepted Insurance Carriers

Hillcrest Family Dental will file insurance claims for our patients, however, we are not a contracted provider to any insurance company.

Some insurance company's are now paying the patients instead of the dental office. We request you present any insurance checks for payment of services rendered, within 3 days of receiving them.

Payment Options
Payment is expected the day dental services are provided. For your convenience Master Card, Visa, debit cards, checks and cash are accepted. If you are interested in making payments, we offer Care Credit as a financing option.
